Rote Fabrik

The “Rote Fabrik” is a former factory complex in Zurich-Wollishofen, which nowadays is being used as an arts-centre. The name has its origins from the fact that the building is made of red brick stones but also because left-winged parties lobbied for its conversion. The “Rote Fabrik” is the number one place for alternative art and music in Zurich. 

I designed the summer 07 poster. The poster was aimed at showing Zurich’s inhabitants that the “Rote Fabrik” is waiting with an excellent summer-program and that they should be visiting for its great location by the lake, which is like an actual oasis aside all the other clubs located in the industry area. For the first time I used a new way of design for this poster. It was printed in screen printing.
